What's it like at the East Peoria Church of Christ?

The East Peoria church of Christ is a body of believers that is striving daily to truly give ourselves over to God and his will. We don't claim to be the perfect church, but we are being perfected daily through the strength and providence of our mighty God! It is rather like a family...full of quirks and differences that all come together to make a wonderful atmosphere of fellowship in the spirit of God and the bond of peace.

We invite you to be a part of our spiritually growing family. Not because we have in ourselves much to offer, but because together, we believe that God has more to offer than anything we can ever ask or imagine. Our common goal is to learn daily to love God more deeply and express our love to each other through fellowship, communion, and edification. We extend this invitation to everyone. We believe that in Christ there is no difference between us. While we each serve in different capacities and different ways, God values all people equally.

We believe that God is among us. Walking with us in every step of our lives providing his strength and guidance by his Spirit as expressed in the Scriptures. We believe in his power, his providence and his grace. Each week we are blessed with more and more evidence of God's work in our lives. He heals our hurts, challenges us with discipline, and blesses us with every spiritual blessing through his living Son, our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Pray with us this very moment, that God will guide us all into a closer relationship with Him, where we may find rest for our souls among a family of believers who remain ever hopeful for the good things to come for those who love Him wholeheartedly.
